We Forgot to Build a Call Center

At Eagle Logistics, we have a confession to make. We're a family-owned company that’s been around for more than two decades, and we completely forgot to become a cold, faceless corporation.

Go ahead, ask around. You'll hear the phrase "weekly home time" thrown around a lot in this industry. At most places, it’s a marketing gimmick. A "maybe." A "we'll try."

Here, it’s a promise.

We built our business on the revolutionary idea that you should be able to be a professional driver and also have a life. You should be able to sleep in your own bed. You should be able to mow your lawn in peace. You should be able to attend that parent-teacher conference.

We don't just move freight. We move our drivers home.

Your Office Shouldn't Fight You

We'd never ask a salesperson to work on a computer from 1998, so why would we ask you to drive a truck that's seen better days?

Your truck is your office. It's your home on the road. It's your safety.

We run late-model equipment for one simple reason: hassle-free hauling. A truck that's constantly in the shop isn't making you money, and it's not getting our customers' freight delivered. It’s a headache for everyone.

And when it does need service? You're not hunting for a random service center. You're coming to our dedicated diesel shop, staffed by mechanics you can actually talk to and trust.

Our "open-door policy" isn't a plaque on the wall. It’s a fact. Our drivers have direct access to upper management because that's just... how it works. You have a problem? A question? A suggestion? You walk in and you talk to us.

We’re big enough to have the great freight and new trucks, but small enough that we still know every single person who works here.
